Epson 870 - which USB cable?

I am going to buy a new 870 printer. Does it come with USB cable?
If it does, what is the length of it?
If it doesn't, what kind of cable do I need to get? Is it A-B Female-Female?

any generic A to B cable will work - the manual says it should be less than
3m but I don't know if a longer cable will work

Doesn't come with a cable. Yes, it needs the A/B Device cable.

It's male-male. The only female connectors I've seen, or would expect
to see, on a USB cable are at one end of an extension cord.
