Please don't try Minolta toner again - you lucked out if it worked in
an A15/ A30 Canon cartridge. The Xerox series above have a second
component to change - and not overfill - the developer. Also the drum
waste hopper needs to be carefully emptied eventually, without
distortion of delicate wiper and deflector blades. The magnetic roller
in the toner cartridge is component that may need cleaning.
We're puzzled by the $240. price mentionned, it looks like a $Canadian
price for brand new OEM Xerox W/C 6R914 toner cart. That is, before
Staples raised it to $Can266.59. This is one of the most expensive
types ever offered to the home user. Image Control can remfr.them for
$US79.00 or $Can119.00
The only hitch is NO ONE can find extra empties at this point. We need
your used one for 1 day. We will also purchase any quantity of empties
@ $US12.00 each
