[MC Hardware]

Can anybody tell me what the rollers between tray 3's pickup rollers and the
transfer roller are called? there's a row of about 6 of them, and I need to
know their name (and part number if poss) so I can order them.

Have you looked at the parts catalogue at www.printerworks.com ? You'll
probably be able to identify it there. In UK, PSA Spares in Wimbledon are OK
for L/J parts. They do a good cat. and will send you one if you mail them at

The only rollers in the WX engine that have 6 rollers in a row are NOT in
the paper input unit. Go to www.printerworks.com and they have the drawings
and part numbers and prices.

There are three rollers in the paper pickup RF5-1835-000 pickup Roller, Two
RF5-1834-000 Feed/Separation Roller, Tray 3 has a feed roller RB1-6561-000,
Both Tray 2, 3, and the External Paper unit feed into Roller Second-pass
RB1-6581-000 controled by Clutch paper feed RH7-5204-000 which feeds to the
Registration Roller (Tray 1 is feeded directly to the registration rollers)
Lower roller has 6 rubber tires on it RB1-6405-000 controled by
Electromaguetic Clutch RH7-5187-000 Both at located under the toner
cartridge.

If you are getting multi feed and timing out from tray 3 after installing
new rollers you should check the Torue Limiter RB1-6588-000 as it can be
damaged, its behind the lower roller in the paper pickup group.
