I have had this printer (it's the boss's) for a couple of years. In
that time I have installed and uninstalled and installed drivers at
least 30 times.
I get a progression of messages after printing is aborted, starting
with the one where you cancel, turn the printer on and off and try
again, progressing through a requirement to shut everything down and
reboot until that doesn't work any more either. Then uninstall
drivers, reinstall (from the CD) and it works again for a while.

Is this just an evil printer or does it come from an evil family (i.e.
are other 710C's prone to similar behavior)?
My need for a consistently working printer is increasing.
Suggestions?
Thanks, Cam Morton

The 710 works fine with the 720 drivers. You might want to try
switching to the 720 drivers and see if they are more stable for you.
