HP Photosmart C5180 printer help

We need help with theC5180 printer and would appreciate it if someone
would respond.

I have a photo about 4x7" that I'd like to print in color. But for
some reason I can only get it to print the photo as a 3x4" image.

How can I show the image in inches rather than pixles? I know how to
do that with Paint Shop but not with this printer.
