Some businesses should be avoided at all cost. The following one
charges credit cards before shipping items, lies about items being in
stock, operates under two names (with each site not seemingly
referencing the other), etc. Such businesses really sadly still do
exist in the world, and your best bet is to keep records in writing
for the credit card company!

Not to be entirely brutal, but have you geniuses even looked at your own
web site? Right on the front page it states quite clearly "All Products
in Stock." What a flat out lie - your own customer service rep &
packing slip with the black carts admitted such.

Is your comment regarding guaranteed satisfaction true? If so send me
an RMA for the cartridges (the black ones are the only ones I've
received)! No one should support your web site (sites!) until you guys
seriously clean up your act. I just have to shake my head at why two
identical web sites, pointing to the precise same addresses, would exist
in the first place, and why neither site would seem to reference the
other (ex: operating under an assumed name). In days of old, some
people set up businesses just to trap credit card #s, and to do many
fraudulent things with those #s. Things smell real, real bad at
modelinkjet.com.

Again, I state quite clearly, is your comment regarding guaranteed
satisfaction true? Send me an RMA for the cartridges (the black ones
are the only ones I've received)! I do not want to support a business
such as yours, and no one should.

And again I state quite clearly, if the color carts haven't shipped,
cancel the order. If they have shipped, send me an RMA to return 'em,
unless your guaranteed satisfaction comment is also a lie!

Obviously you'll never get my business again, the real question is will
you do irreparable harm to your merchant account & reputation.

Email works great for me - printed records when order details are
involved is de rigeur (the credit card company likes that sort of
stuff). If this is to tell me the color carts still haven't shipped,
cancel the order.

Greetings!

I received my shipment today, and the color cartridges are marked as
backordered. Your web site, and receipt, made no mention at all that
they were not in stock. I would not have ordered were they not in
stock. My standard policy is if in can't be shipped in a week, cancel
the order, and of course my cc should not be charged until the products
are shipped.

After talking to someone on the phone I understand the cartridges are
supposed to ship today, and indeed the cc has been charged.

Your web site should state quite clearly whether or not items are in
stock, unambiguously, and if it cannot determine such that should
indicate that also, unambiguously.

I'm trusting the products will actually be shipped very shortly (today
or tomorrow) and that my cc is *not* being used to float your inventory.
The latter is of course more or less fraud.
