Don't have any clue. I want to scan a picture I took, and print it
out on watercolor paper. What should I use for my type printer?
Also, how true to a watercolor painting does this type of paper really
print?
thanks!

Epson makes a watercolor paper. I would try that first and see what you
think. They also have a Velvet fine art paper.

Don't know about the paper, but the fidelity of the printed
output depends primarily on the scanner used. The printer
will print exactly what it's told to print - it can't
compensate for a poor scan or inadequate printing data. You
can use image processing software to improve the image, up
to a point. And in any case, the image may have to
processed to allow for the way inks interact with different
papers. Or, the printer's "profile" may have to be changed
when printing with different papers (this can not be done
with every printer.)

Given that you have a printer capable of high quality
output, you should look for a high quality scanner. You
also should learn how to use it for the best scans - it's
not as simple as changing scan resolution, for example. Try
http://www.3dstats.com for information about imaging.
