this is slightly off the topic, but, do any of you know how to refill
an epson cartrage? I"ve taken one apart, and seen how it works, but i
dont know how to refill it!!!
Most refill kits come with a wealth of instructions for each brand
(and variant) of cartridge design. Look at your cartridge, look in
the instructions, in most cases find from them where to drill
the hole for filling, then drill hole, draw right qty of ink into syringe,
fill cartridge, replace, try to print test page, ink coats inside
of printer.
Epson seem to have designed it so cartridges don't seal
too well when removed and replaced. But with practice you
get better at it. In the meantime your friends will admire your
CMYK fingers.
With chipped cartridges and resetters it's pot luck,
sometimes they reset, sometime not.

I use MIS inks for my canon printers. I actually discarded my Epson printer
three years ago in favor of Canon printers as the Canon carts were so much
easier to refill.
If you do a search engine check, such as using Google, you will probably
find step by step instructions on the web.
Probably best to search with the specific model or printer or cartridge
as one of the search criterion.
The designs and process of refilling differ greatly depending upon the
vintage of the printer and cartridge involved. Further, you may need
some hardware or software to get some cartridges functional, due to the
micro-chip some versions use on the outside of the chip.
