Lexmark Z22 hates Symantec's Q&A application

I bought a Lexmark Z22 as a "Black Friday" special cheapo price at Wal-Mart and
it works just fine with all my apps EXCEPT Symantec's Q&A that I use to
generate and print reports for my small business. With this particular app, it
takes something like 5 MINUTES before printing starts, just moseyng along
appearing to fill a buffer. Symantec has discontinued support for this product
and their Knowledge Base for questions asked before they stopped supprting it
doesn't address this particular prob. Has anyone else experienced this same
slow-print with Q&A or any other app?
