Epson 875DC and 870

Does anybody know what the major differences between these two printers
are? They use the same ink and as far as I can tell the 875DC is just
the 870 with a card reader but no support for a parallel cable (only
USB). If that's it then I'm confused because the 875DC is substatntially

less expensive.
Is there something I'm overlooking?

The 875Dc is the same as the 870 but the 875DC is being faded out, Epson is
pushing the 875DCS which comes with a Sony Memory Stick adaptor. They are also
about to release the newer photo printers. The Photo 890 and Photo 1280.
