HP 56 cartridge refills...HOWTO ??

Can you recommend me some good kits for refilling original HP 56 black
cartridge (for DeskJet 5550) ?
Other suggestions, a piece of advices from people experienced in
reffiling and personal experience with best #56 cartridge refilling
are welcome :)
I am curious abount quality of black text printing after refill. If
the quality would decrase i will probally not be interested with :(

my 930C so just make sure the ink is pigmented, most U.K. black refills
aren't in my experience and you get results just like an Epson, spidery and
grey because the ink is dye based. I get my pigmented ink from
www.inkcycle.co.uk (the ink is H10 code). I can't help with how to fill
though.

With a native 1200 X 1200 DPI resolution it will need the best quality
pigmented black ink to avoid nozzle blockage.
Information seems to inidicate that the #56 is foam filled like lexmark
carts and NOT a mylar bag like the unique #45.
