Red River Paper is a specialty paper supplier which also has an
online website where you can order their very high quality papers
from the comfort of your home. I have ordered from them - very thick,
double-sided greeting card paper, and worth every penny!
Don't expect to find their papers at Wal*Mart; THAT'S where
you'll find the Kodak paper.

You're in Canada, though. Don't you get dinged for customs' brokerage fees?
I notice they only use Fedex, not US Mail. While I've heard Fedex isn't as
bad as UPS for customs fees (I refuse to deal with any company that only
uses UPS), what does Fedex charge?
It was 3 years ago that I ordered. Shipment came by regular mail at the
time and they charged $15 ($US) for two boxes of 50 cards. It was worth
it (to me) because they were indeed a lovely material, and a similar
product was not available locally or anywhere else on the Internet.
I haven't ordered recently. I get my glossy paper from a dealer on eBay
- 100 4x6 for $12 (plus $6 shipping US, $9 Canada). Nice, thick 11 mil
stuff. At this price, Customs doesn't even flag them... so far. ;-)

Would you mind sharing the name of the dealer.

The dealer is digitalphotoprints, and here is a list of his current
auctions and Buy It Now offers for 4x6, 5x7, 8.5x11 glossy papers:
Please note paper difference:
Photo Paper Plus is thinner - 7 mil
Photo Paper Pro is thicker - 11 mil (similar to Canon Photo Paper Pro)
