Bad copy from HP laser

Hi

I have a HP 2840 all in one laser printer.Copier scanner fax and
printer.

The strange thing with that is only when I copy from ADF the printed
pages are with black lines. Only then.
When I copy from glass, print out is perfect.Also when i print from my
computer pages are normal.

Could some one explain this? Any ideas?
