Bulldog Products (do a search for them on the web) used to offer a spray
to preserve inkjet prints without yellowing or otherwise harming the
print. Don't know if they have it in Aussie land.

The Epson C-80 has long life inks and is water proof. But the 740
does do better Glossy Photo prints.
