NT drivers for Epson Photo 700?

Hello,

I plan on buying the Epson 700 for my sister (from reading this
newgroup I think it is the best low cost printer for photos)
but I'm worried about printer drivers for Windows NT. On Epson's
website the list NT 4.0 as a supported platform but in the driver's
download area NT drivers are not to be found for the 700. Do they
exist (maybe they only included with the printer)?

Also, the only other concern I have is the possibility of the
printhead drying out. Is there much of a chance of it if the
printer is left unused for a month or so?

I downloaded the newest NT driver from the german EPSON side. (it didn't
work from the english one). Unfortunatly it didn't solve my problem (see
other stream)
