Amazon's prices were real nice on inkjet cartridges - and I've never
ever had the remotest hint of fraud with Amazon, or outright lies.

Your email is simply one big whine Ray - and much of how your web sites
operate would indeed be considered outright fraud. Don't be stupid
enough to claim everything's in stock without assuring such, don't claim
everything will be shipped the same day without also assuring such, and
don't have your customer service reps outright lie to me.
Using my credit card for float, which assuredly is what you've done, is
credit card fraud - no ifs ands or buts. Not reimbursing my credit card
for the color cartridges is also of course fraud.
You will indeed get the black carts back, and of course I will get the
credit for all the cartridges with or without you, your company's
actions have guaranteed such.
You have a lot to learn about reality ray, and technology, and how to
run a business. You'll no doubt learn the hard way, possibly in court
or jail one day. Your personal apology is worthless, your lack of the
most basic knowledge wrt technology, business, etc. indicates such.
Welcome to reality - you guys are intellectual/internet children, and
the biggest liars.
Do you ship via the US Mail? Ever heard of mail fraud? Or indeed even
wire fraud? Not a pretty thing to be involved in.

Subject: Order #94103790893910970
Good morning, Mark
Thank you for your faxed messages received today.
Emails that were sent by you appeared in our mail system as "Invalid
Digital
Signatures" and therefore the system blocked them form the designated
email
boxes.
I can understand and appreciate your frustration and view-point
regarding
the order placed. However, please understand that in todays technical
environment, we as humans at times are mis-informed by the same systems
we
create. Whether its, Price-Less, Model Inkjet or the US Government,
there is
never 100% total accuracy in the information traveling within the
organization or being communicated to outside parties.
I can assure you we do our very best as "real people" to serve and
satisfy
the needs of our customers. However, we still have to function within
the
restraints of the system.
I was curious as to what actually occurred with this order, therefore I
have
taken the time to personally determine what went wrong.
Your specific order received on 11/21, processed on 11/22 and directed
to be
shipped from our Connecticut warehouse. At that moment there were (14)
12A1990 photo color Lexmark cartridges shown as being in physical
inventory
and another 220 on there way to our 3 warehouses. Otherwise, the
inventory
software would not have allowed for the order to process. Since actual
shipped products are deducted from inventory at the end of the
(shipping)
day there was no way that our processing department would know exactly
how
many other orders for specific products went into the system during
that
processing period.
Please keep in mind we act as a fulfillment warehouse center for 87
additional dealers and websites that use our system.
On average we ship about 2000 orders per day to retail customers and
dealers
around the country.
Secondly, when products are re-ordered from the manufacturers
themselves, we
are at the mercy of the delivery information
which they provide. Ninety percent of the time, if they give us an
"Estimated Time of Delivery" the products arrive. If there is a glitch
in
their system the products don't arrive as we anticipate.
Just this morning, (at 7:30 am) I was at Home Depot looking to pick up a
replacement part to my grill, which was scheduled to arrive last Monday.
Well it is not in and I was told to check back later in the afternoon or
tomorrow. I have family from up North down for the Holiday and expected
to
treat them to a few barbequed meals. Guess, if the part doesn't arrive
by
Saturday morning, I'll just have to go and buy one of those cheap grills
and
use the old charcoal system to feed these people.
Sure, it's disappointing but I know Home Depot is only concerned with
getting the part to me but they are at the mercy of Weber or the
commercial
shipper.
Mark, accept my personal apology that this order was not shipped
promptly.
Here is the RMA number to use when returning the (2) high capacity
12A1975A
black cartridges.
(RMA# 112902-61138RS)
Upon receipt of the products full credit including the return shipping
charges will be applied to your credit card.
Please provide the entire credit card number which was used in the
purchase.
Our system deletes that information every time an order is processed and
sent on to shipping.
For our customers privacy and security this information is not retained
in
our data base.
If you should decide to retain the cartridges, please call me and I'll
have
the 3 photo cartridges shipped on Monday.
The back-ordered products arrived in our Florida/California warehouses
on
11/27. So they are physically back in stock. (I checked this myself a
few
minutes ago.
Have a wonderful Holiday weekend,
