Any way of resuscitating these?

I appear to have forgotten to prime my HP 882c cartridge after refilling and
(although it worked well immediately) after a couple of weeks of non-use it
seems to have dried out completely. Priming it helped a bit but I was
wondering if for example I could find some way of blowing through the hole
and force the ink to the bottom?

Or stick the whole thing in a cigar humidor for a week?

Just refill and use several locations needle inserts if used as previous
refill maybe leaving a gap. Allow it sit overnight or at several hours to
allow it settle. If problem presists, leave it on a very damp cloth or
shallow dish with water and let it steep. Wipe dry then use to check
results. Also, you try some "certifurge" setup to force ink out as my
friend did and watch it fly across the garage, haha. Later trials proved
better, he used a drill. Remember these don't last forever and the
headaches trying to save one maybe best using yet another one.

Do you know if there is still a plastic sack inside the cartridge? Is
there a possibility that the sack is empty inside the cartridge but that the
actual cavity is full of ink OUTSIDE the sack? Hence when I blow through
the hole I can see ink coming out of the bottom but nothing feeds when the
cartridge is inserted into the printer?

Or is it something to do with the brass coloured contacts in some way?
(cant see this as the cartridge is otherwise new and those contacts were
working perfectly before the two week gap in usage)
