What is the best 11x17inkjet printer?

There are two models I spotted. HP 1220Cxi and Epson 1520.
11x17 would be specifically for CAD drawings B-size. Some pictures from
time to time.
I don't know them in details. I would appreciate if there would be cheap
refills and separate cartridge colors. Up to now, I am leaning toward the
HP. And please don't even mention the name "Canon". :o)
I'd appreciate users experience. Thanks!

You may want to look at the HP 2500 series. The printers aren't too bad (I
prefer laser) but give a great thermal inkjet output. Cost should be less
than $1000.00. Paper sizes include legal, letter, tabloid and others.
