Lost Printer Control Panel Settings

All of a sudden I cannot access the printer settings in Control Panel. It
seems to be looking for a web site, The printer settings from the start menu
returns an error indicating no program is associated with it!

Reinstalling the printer driver did not help.
I can change the settings from file/print setup but would like to change my
default settings.

Thanks,
Did not mention printer as I have several attached..HP870, BJC-8200, plus
Winfax. Using WinME.
Any help would be appreciated.
