Printing too red from HP G85

Hi,

I've just tried refilled my color ink cartridge with inktec color ink, but
now the colors seem all wrong, now color prints with too much red in them.
How can I fix this? Is there a way for me to empty cartridge/or clean
the cartridge to refill it again? Also, when I took out the cartridge I
heard a little rattling noise from with in the cartridge, what is that
noise and is it making the cartridge to provide bad colors? Please advise
