A few months ago, I posted this message, someone replied and told me to
changer the Pickup roller, wich I did, but it didn't fixed anything. I
can't be the paper, all our printers use the same paper.
Any idea? Thanks for the help!

Also Check the Exit Flag of the fuser. I have to repair that flag as
the pivot point in the fuser that supports one end brakes off. And
then the flag doesn't fall when the paper leaves the fuser but some
time after.

I know this is a printer newsgroup but it could actually be the
network! I don't know which network software you are using but it
could be a time-out setting. Used to see it a lot with a Postscript
printer on our network
