It is by far the most common support call, and usually because
individuals do not check jammed sheets for missing bits when removing
them from a printer.
Something similar happened to me just yesterday. I had to take some
appropriate receipts to the local USDA office for copies to be made to
put into my file. (Paperwork for a crop insurance claim) The director of
the office loaded them into the autofeeder of a copier, but partway
through one of them jammed. He cleared it and finished the rest, but the
feeder still didn't want to work the way it should. Further examination
revealed a peel-and-stick return label had come loose from one of the
receipts and was stuck to a roller. He cleared that, and things worked
fine again.

I think they should consider giving you an all expenses paid trip to a
certain section of Cuba for a few years to await the result of an
investigation to determine if that sticker was made in the US or not.;-)
