Quality Black Refill for Epson Printer.

Hi I've got a C42UX, but the unbranded black refill Ink I've been using
gives a mottled green in the black areas on photos. Can anyone recommend an
ink that would give proper blacks in photos?

I'm using Xerox Glossy Photo Paper which worked fine with Epson ink, and the
compatible carts that I'd tried.

hmm, perhaps try the Eson black?
