HP 43000 : Disabling question on page format after closing trays

When we close a paper tray on a hp4300 PJ printer, a question is asked
in order to confirm the size of the paper if we are in manual mode
(switch in the tray).
Our application send a print command for A4, but we are using A5
pages, This application is the same for all our printers, so, we do
not want to change it.
If we use auto (switch in tray), the print dommand is rejected.
After each refill of a tray, the secratary must confirm by pushing
three times the validation button.
Sometimes, if the secratary is in stress, she pushes the wrong button
and changes the paper size in the setup and the technical service is
called even in the night (hostpital emergencies).
Is there a solution to make the paper size fixed and to disable the
question when we close a paper tray ?
