HP 940c Won't Print

Help!

My HPdeskjet 940C won't print! A light on the top indicates (I belive)
that there is no ink but the cartridge is full and tested successfully
on a different machine. All the contacts are clean too. Previous
incarnations of this machine had some weird problems too so I'm hoping
this is easily fixable.

Any suggestions for a solution will be most welcome.

IS this a new HP OEM cartridge? Or, was it refillled? Is it black or color?

Refill. Black.

The problem was there before I got the refill - I just wanted to be
sure.

Had the same problem. Removed and replaced several times 'til it finally
"took".

Thanks. Do you mean emoved and replaced the black carridge?
