Lexmark x1180 problem

My Lexmark X1180 stoped printing colour. I changed colour cartridge with the
new, original one, but it does not print colour, only
black. It recognizes cartridges, it does not promt any error! I tried to
clean up the contacts, no results!

Can anyone help me with this problem !

Try pressing the printhead onto a damp folded paper towel for about 1 second.
If you get no imprint on the paper then the cartridge is faulty. You should get
three distinct marks on the paper, one for each colour.
If there are no marks or one of them is missing the supplier should replace it,
if there is a good solid imprint then I suspect the printer has failed.
