Epson RX500 and compatible cartridge

Just got myself a rx500 i'm looking into getting some cartridges, took
a look at the epson t0481 - t0486 and then looked at the compatibles.
There half the price or abit more less aswell so i'm wanting some feed
back on what the compatible cartridges work like in this printer.
I heard they are chipped in some way the original epson cartridges
i've seen the Inkrite T048140 Stylus Color R200/R300 / R300m / Rx500
Black and other colours are they also chipped do these work ok
plzzzzzzzz feed back is welcome

I have a rebate for an Epson RX500 and forgot to get the UPC
code off the box. Order for me to get rebate I need copy of the
UPC code. Can anybady still got the box for this item or have
one available that they could make a scan/copy of the UPC code?
