Dear All,
I don't know what's happening to my printer. When I opened the
front lid to replace another cartridge, the place holder for the print head
will automatically shifts itself to the middle in order to be replaced. When
I closed back the lid, the place holder doesn't move anymore as oppose to
the ordinary condition where it will move back to its original place i.e to
the right. I haven't face this situation before. I tried to upgrade the
printer's driver into a newer one but still the same and I rolled back to
the old printer's driver and still the same. What going on? I'm using
Windows Xp and the printer driver is compatible to this OS.

sounds as tho it doesnt like the cartridge, try a new one
