CALL FOR NOMINATIONS
James H. Wilkinson Prize in Numerical Analysis and Scientific Computing
SIAM will award the James H. Wilkinson Prize at the 2013 SIAM Annual
Meeting (AN13), to be held July 8-12, 2013, in San Diego, California.
The James H. Wilkinson Prize in Numerical Analysis and Scientific
Computing is awarded every four years for research in, or other
contributions to, numerical analysis and scientific computing during the
six years preceding the award. The purpose of the prize is to stimulate
early career contributors and to help them in their careers.
Description of the Award
The award consists of a hand-calligraphed certificate and a cash award
of $1000. The recipient is expected to present a lecture. SIAM will
reimburse the recipient's travel expenses to attend the meeting and
accept the award.

2012. Attach your letter of nomination, including a description of the
contribution(s), a CV of the candidate, and letters of support from two
