I have a problem whith connect_timer. The routine connected to the timer
executes properly at the first timer expiration but subsequent
invocations fail on:

interrupt: timerWdHandler : kill failed (timer=0x..., tid=0x...,
errno=0x16)

I have no clue what causes the problem. Any help will be greatly
appreciated.

Thank you /Philippe

Hi Phillippe,

You are seeing the "kill failed" because the task that created the timer (or
more appropriately, the task to which the timer signals) has exited! After
you create the timer, put a "for(;;);" at the end of the task so that it
stays alive forever. You could also put something like "done=false;
while(!done);" and set "done=true" in your timer function when you want to
exit. Also, don't forget to cancel and delete the timer before you exit
out of the task.

Hope that helps.
