Price of QNX

What is the base price of QNX.... I'm very impressed with the demo and
the thought of yet another OS is great. I'm currently running several
grades of Linux and Commercial Unix and was wondering how extensive
QNX was. Any help would be great.

Now we enter the twilight zone. QNX pricing is modular based on what
bits of the OS you purchase. Also prices are not public knowledge.
Almost always you will get an answer in this newsgroup to 'contact
your local distributor' aho you can find via www.qnx.com. They should
be able to give you prices for the individual elements of the QNX OS.
Should they consider you a serious prospect you may be able to get
hold of an evaluation copy of the OS. I suspect that pricing varies
from country to country, and even from distributor to distributor
depending on the level of Value Added service they believe they supply
(or don't!).

Yeah... well... somewhat off the mark I think. How does US$795 or $895
figure? IMHO, worth every cent.... for just the full dev OS of course.
