[9fans] new web site

Yes, there is a new web site. The click-through pages are
gone. It has direct links to the install CD and to files on sources:

http://plan9.bell-labs.com/sources/contrib/extra/gcc/

etc.

The floppy disk creator is gone. Those who still need floppies
can download the floppy image and edit plan9.ini by hand.
I expect most people to use the CD image instead anyway.

The sources account creator is gone. You can attach to
sources as none instead, so 9fs sources works right out
of the box.

The HTML versions of the papers also look much better on screen.
For example:

The new site is much more functional and yet simpler than
the old one.

i think the new site looks great. i find it much easier to navigate
through.

truely. i think those pages really demonstrate the usefulness
of a program like htmlroff.
