Formatting and booting from static disk

I am trying to migrate my OS9 system from HD to a static SCSI disk
(ADTron). After a successful test with a 512MB disk, I ordered 25 new
disk in order to migrate all my systems. ADTron delivered 1 GB disks
and I can't get them to boot. I can format them and os9gen my OS9boot
file but when I try to boot, the system says that it cannot find any
valid boot file. I can't finger out where the problem comes from. Is
it hardware or software? Do I have a problem with my partition? Is my
OS9Boot file copied out of the MBR?
