os9 device descriptor for floppy and hard disk

I didn't found any 3.5" descriptor, there are only d0_2ms d0_4ms and
similar and also for d1.

Last time next problem was appear, hard disk nec d5146 didn't working
property. How to replace for other scsi, non MFM disk, without using
OMTI. I have some old small capacity scsi disks. There is a problem,
how build device descriptor for them using install disks for OS9 v2.1
or v2.2.
It is possible to make a device descriptor without using OS9, for
example by text editor on PC? How to modify other existing descriptor
(for nec d5146, micropolis 1375, fujitsu m2227).

It might be possible with a hex editor, but you'd still have to fix the
module checksum. IIRC descriptors were almost always defined with
assembler macros before v2.4 came out.

With v2.4 assembler was still common, but you could also copy the
descriptor and then use moded to change the port address, seek speed etc.
