Microware LP is a Limited partnership formed by OS-9 Distributors Freestation ( Japan), Microsys Electronics ( Germany) and RTSI LLC ( USA). Today Microware LP signed the Asset Purchase agreement to buy Microware OS-9 Software from Radisys Inc. The transfer of assets & Technology is expected to be complete in the next 60 days
