Have Corrupt Disk 14 of OS/2 Warp 3 BLUE Installation

I've tried various disk utilities but cannot recover this disk. Does anyone
know where I can get an image of this disk? Or any other suggestions? IBM
hasn't been much help.

BTW, if you can image this diskette please email it to me at
sdb...@juno.com. TIA.
