Innotek's font engine updated to v2.3, preview4

I thought I was the only OS/2er who had been unsuccessful to get
Innotek's font engine to work. Today I wiped Mozilla 1.4.1 off of my
system, downloaded 1.6b and then the new Innotek font engine... and
-poof-, fonts no longer sucked. What a breath of fresh air!
