I've seen somewhere a comment about running OS/2 in Parallels for the MAC with
an Intel processor. Can someone comment on this? Most important at the moment
until eCs is 'finished' with whatever, this is important to me about the MCP2
latest everything environment. As well, if anyone is here that has this up I'd
like to know how much available low memory is available in a DOS-VDM session
with the CGA file mode selected for the extra memory for DOS option.

Thanks!

Well, this is Warp 4.52 running in Parallels 2.5 rel 3214, on OSX 10.5.8.

Later releases of Parallels didn't do anything for Warp, and I understand the
current releases of Parallels will not run on OSZ 10.6.n.

However, Warp runs very nicely on VirtualBox, and I am moving from Parallels
to VirtualBox. VirtualBox will run Warp on OSX 10.6.n, and additionally, is
free.

Thanks Peter!

Can you tell me by chance, if you open a DOS-VDM window in OS/2 in this deal,
and you use the SESSION SETTINGS for DOS, by setting the Video Mode to CGA
mode, do you get the increased 100k or so basic memory for DOS above the
'conventional' 640K that DOS produces?

Thanks..
