Unable to see my VirtualBox's HDD to install new OS/2 Warp v4.52 (v14.089_W4; CP2 Refresh; 2002-04; ISO)...

What type of virtual storage controller did you configure in VBox?

It seems that you either chose an incompatible one or missing a driver
in OS/2.

Hi
You have not yet created a Logical volume is my guess.
Press F5 to switch to Physical View and, if your drive appears, create
the necessary Logical Volume.

It only showed my virtual CD drive (OS/2 ISO).

I also use PIIX4. But I am unsure whether IBM1S506.ADD supports this

Well, that screws that theory :-)
You can find a lot of OS/2 software at https://hobbes.nmsu.edu/
The latest DANIS506 seems to be
https://hobbes.nmsu.edu/download/pub/os2/system/drivers/storage/danis506_1-8-15.zip
You may get faster answers to questions by also posting on the
os2world.com forums as not so many OS/2 users seem to read ngs these days...
