Dial setup for internet tools locks up

I just installed OS2 Warp (blue spine) and then installed the internet tools
from the Bonus Pak CD. When I try to add an entry (the first entry of course)
to the dialer, the entry form displays, then the mouse pointer disappears and
the machine seems locked. The disk light will flash from time to time, but
I've waited about ten minutes and nothing happens. I have to reboot to
recover. Has anyone experience this that knows how to fix it?
