Does anyone know of an AutoCAD ( version 13 c4 ) DWG viewer for OS/2 or,
at least, one for DOS or Windows that will work under OS/2...

You may also want to consider AutoCAD LT for win3.1. The newest version
is supposed to support release 13 and should work. The older version of
Acad LT works most of the time :)

Matt, I've been successful in reading, displaying, and working on
Autocad Drawings with the latest version of Turbocad for windows. The
program is rather inexpensive as CAD programs goes and it even works
fairly well under OS/2, which is what I'm doing right now. I'm building
a house which has been designed in ACAD v13. I can read and manipulate
these files all day long with no problems. I've been using these files
with TurboCad to make minor changes to the design and to experiment with
various color schemes. You may want to look into this program for your
needs. Be advised: TCAD version 3.0 is what you'll need to be able to
look at ACAD drawings.

Forgive the ranting, but AutoCAD LT is perhaps the most woeful piece of c&*p I have
had the displeasure to use. I would recommend almost any CAD software over it:
they pretty much all have AutoCAD import/export ability.

If you want CAD, the best deal I know of is Foresight Resources Drafix CAD Pro: works
perfectly under Win-OS2. If you simply need a viewer, perhaps the guys who make
BlueCAD wouldn't mind you using their demo: it's a fully functional version of their
OS/2 native CAD software with a 30 day timeout.

Ranting acceptable. I haven't been too thrilled with it either.

Also, does anyone provide API library to handle AutoCAD drawings.

My compiler is Borland C++ 2.0.
