Are you looking for the original V1.0 or a specific release?
I have some old MS-OS2 diskettes but I'll have to look through them.

Yes. I have the OS. I need the DDK from Microsoft for OS/2 1.x

I found MS OS/2 Software Development kit 1.1 (7 3.5" diskettes) from 1989
Is this what you are looking for?
