Well I tried upgrading to UN02206, and that still did not help. Any other
suggestions?

I can't believe that nobody has anything to say about this. Any ideas? I've
tried re-installing TCP/IP V4.32 and that did not help.

Hi

I have had problems with this java app myself but not this problem.

What is your default Java?

I have found it beneficial to leave Java118 as the default Java and
minimise any Java131 config.sys entries making sure that they are after
Java118 entries.

When running any app (Mozilla for one) that requires or uses Java131 I
start the app from a cmd file that sets the necessary paths and libpaths
for Java131.

With the above setup the only problem I have had with the tcpip
configuration notebook has occurred when my config.sy file did not end
at the start of a blank line.

Sorry I cannot help more. Hopefully someone else may have some helpful
suggestions.

Pete
