MDOS & PEER Problems

I am running Warp 4.5 FP 2 with TCPIP & NETBIOS over TCPIP
If I try to open a DOS or WINOS2 session while the PEER service is
running the system hangs.
If I stop PEER, the DOS and WINOS2 sessions do not hang the system and
function properly.
If I try to open a DOS or WINOS2 session while the PEER service is

I have REMed all the DOS related TCP lines in my CONFIG.SYS but it
doesn't change the behavior.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
