WebExplorer Animation

I was told that WebExplorer has a feature that enables a site to send it
a small animation, which is then displayed in the browser's window
instead of the generic animation. Is this true? If so, how can it be done?

According to the help for "Customized Animations" in the Options menu,
yes.

Does anyone have an URL that points to an example, please?
