We are looking for Linux Kernel engineers for Platform Dev

Greetings ,

Hope this mail finds you in the best of your health and happiness. I
am Somashekar an IT Management Consultant.

Requirements (must have)
1. Bachelor’s degree in EE/CS and minimum 6 years of experience in the
area of platform development. 7-10 years of experience is preferred.
2. Strong "C" and embedded programming and extremely strong debugging
skills
3. Good knowledge of basic OS features like multi-threading,
synchronization and memory management on Linux or Linux-like OSes.
4. Good understanding and minimum 2-3 years of experience in using
Linux Kernel (networking drivers and network stack) is required. Linux
SMP is highly preferred.
5. Understanding of:
a. L3/L4 protocols (IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP/UDP)
b. Routing and Switching fundamentals
Optional, but preferred:
6. Understanding of:
a. L2 protocols (Ethernet 802.3, VLAN 802.1Q and 802.1p)
7. Excellent knowledge of computer architecture and must have
developed data path and control path software for enterprise/telecom
networking products
8. Knowledge of end-to-end QoS techniques like traffic shaping,
queuing and scheduling.
9. Prior experience in Wi-Fi (802.11) domain.
