calling winos2 with cmmand line parameter in a VDM session

The Novell server (I have only DOS account) tries to call
"win.com h:\...\neu.mvb" after writing "shell=h:\mviever\mviever.exe" into
system.ini.
But while "win.com" works ok in this VDM session (also with "mviewer.exe" as
shell), the command line _with_ the parameter "...mvb" every time is crashing.
Unfortunately I can not change the server's login script...
