Yeah, me too! I think sometimes the mouse driver is picking up a key
bounce as a second click. Most aggrivating in NR/2, but it happens in
other applications as well.

Try OS/2 System --> System Setup --> Mouse.

OK, then what? Note that this is NOT a double-click problem, rather it's a
problem with the single-click repeat rate for items that do not have a double-
click option (e.g. scroll bars.) I saw nothing in the mouse setup that addresses
this, but perhaps it's cleverly disguised as something else? ;->
