I doubt it. I've just filtered it out in my Changi filter.cf file.

Not really. Google has the reputation of ignoring newsgroup
abuse/spam complaints unless they involve DMCA (copyright) violations.

You have a better chance of getting results by complaining to the
poster's ISP (<conta...@CABLEVISION.NET.MX>).
