ZOC 2.096 public-beta is now available!

ZOC V2.096B is available from the support bbs (+49 911 3781200 (login ZOC))
and CompuServe's OS2SHARE forum, Lib 1 (after ok from the sysop).

The file name is ZOC2096B.ZIP (the German file name is ZOC2096D.ZIP)

I am still getting the following message,
[TELNET] FAIL: HOST DOES NOT RESPOND
this only started failing for me since the last 2 betas!

I know that NETCOM takes a long time to respond, but TELNET used
to work for me.
